Lectures/workshops for small and large groupd on topics including: beginning an exercise program, fitting fitness into a busy lifestyle, how to make the most of your time in the gym, nutrition basics and stress reduction. Topics can be tailored to your group.

All personal trianing and group fitness options can be done on a short-term or long-term basis at the frequency of your choice. I have clients who I see 1, 2 and 3 times per week, as well as clients who see me specifically to shape up for an event or have an exercise program created or updated (see packages below). I have small groups who schedule short-term six to eight week sessions. You may choose what works for you!
